1. Shipping is non-refundable for order cancellations. The Flower Plugg does not refund shipping.
2. The Flower Plugg cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
3. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for orders to be processed. Orders may ship out sooner!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The Flower Plugg is 100% not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package says "delivered" please contact your local USPS or dial their customer service line 1 (800) 275-8777. If your tracking number status still shows "Label Created, not yet in system" 3 business days from received date, please email us at CS@TheFlowerPlugg.Com.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is important that you insert the correct address AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, in order to make sure you receive your package. The Flower Plugg is 100% not liable for incorrect addresses inserted during checkout. If the package is delivered to the incorrect address due to an address mistake, it is NONREFUNDABLE. There is a $5 reshipment fee to ship packages to the correct address.
Discounts prices apply to Subscription Orders Only. Orders can be canceled anytime AFTER THE 2ND ORDER. Please email CS@TheFlowerPlugg.com if you have not received the customer portal to manage your subscription.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The Flower Plugg ships internationally. WE DO NOT SHIP THROUGH DHL. International orders can only be shipped through USPS. International shipping can take between 7-21 business days.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 3-5 business days for order to be processed and shipped.Tracking numbers will only be sent once the item is shipped! The Flower Plugg is NOT responsible for USPS delays. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, but it may take longer during this pandemic.
*It can take up to 24-48 hours for USPS to update the tracking information.
*Products containing ‘Damiana’ and 'Mugwort' CANNOT AND WILL NOT be shipped to Louisiana.
